Your call is very important to us ! Calls are routed to us 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week...Even if you call outside of business hours, we'll get your message.  During business hours, if you call and receive a message, it means that we are assisting other customers with their reservations or away from the desk. Please leave a message with phone number and we'll return your call as soon as possible !

Emergency Calls are answered 24 hours.

Leave a message and a travel specialist will return the call as soon as possible.

 

PASSENGER/S REQUIREMENTS:

• All trips/ tours require each passenger to have STATE or FEDERAL issued photo identification. Coach Driver will check each prior to boarding.

• Gambling/casino tours require guests to be 21 YEARS OF AGE at the time of departure.

 PARKING/PICK UP LOCATION POLICY

• PARKING IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Travel Link Tours LLC and/or the proprietors of these locations, are not responsible for damage, theft, or towing of any vehicle.

COACH GUIDELINES

• Electric scooters are permitted and can not weigh more than 50lbs. The office must be made aware ahead of time if you plan to bring your scooter.

• Casinos have scooters, but must be reserved ahead of time. Casinos require a credit card to reserve.

• 1 piece of luggage, such as a standard size roller bag, plus a small carry-on is permitted per passenger. No over-sized luggage or items weighing over 30 lbs is permitted.

• Oxygen tanks are allowed on board or underneath the bay and must be contained and secure. The office must be made aware ahead of time that you plan to bring oxygen equipment. There is no electrical for them on the coaches.   

• Travel Link Tours nor the bus operator/company nor any third party vendor/supplier is NOT, individually or together, liable for damage and/or loss of scooters, oxygen tanks or other personal items/equipment and/or luggage, etc.  Each passenger accepts sole responsibility for their items.

• The coach driver has the right to refuse and/or remove any passenger from the coach/ tour for the safety and comfort of other passengers.

• There will be no refund or credit for any such passenger and/or passengers removed from the coach and/or tour/trip. 

• Federal law prohibits smoking, alchohol, and firearms on any coach.

COACH ETIQUETTE

• There is a restroom on the coach that will be refreshed on a limited basis.  

• The Coach Driver will stop 3 or less hours along the way to stretch your legs, get a snack or meals, etc.  Please use the restroom facilities at these stops.

• For the convenience of the person/s behind you, please be aware of your seat’s reclined position. 

• When exiting and entering the coach, departures and boarding are directed by your tour director.

• Seats are not reserved or assigned.  Each fare represents one seat only. Do not take up additional seats with carry ons, bags, etc. 

• Take the same seats each time you re-board the bus. The seats you are sitting in when the bus leaves from the original parking lot are the seats you will have for the entire tour. 

• Please be courteous of others during quiet times and movie showings.

• Light blankets and small pillows are permitted.

• Light snacks are permitted on board such as chips, crackers, cookies,  etc.   All liquid containers require a top.

• No food or remnants thereof should be left on the coach. No leftovers from meals are allowed.

• Please put your wrappers, napkins, tissues and general trash in the bags provided for this.  Keep the coach clean for everyone's comfort.

OVERNIGHT HOTEL - Credit Card Required

Travel Link Tours will provide a check in package for you.  You will be required to post a credit card at the hotel front desk upon check-in.  Any expenses not included in your tour/trip package for extras such as in-room movies, gratuities, and/or hotel incidentials such as phone calls, mini bar, internet and room service, etc., will be billed to your room and charged to this credit card.  If you don't incur any incidentials, then credit card will not charged and you will see a zero balance at check out.  Please stop by front desk upon check out to close out your hotel folio/account and receive a statement. 

CANCELLATION WAIVER PROTECTION

• This cancellation waiver protection is available for tours up to $300 per person ONLY.

• The Cancellation Waiver is $15.00 per person and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Rooms booked at double occupancy require all parties on the reservation to, individually, purchase the waiver.

• Cancellation Waiver must be accepted and paid at time of booking reservation/s. 

• Purchasing Cancellation Waiver is not Travel or Travler's Insurance.  Travel Insurance is provided by several companies via internet. Some credit card companies provide traveler's insurance. check with your credit card company, if interested.

The Cancellation Waiver guarantees:

• A full credit (not refund) for cancellations made 2 weeks prior to departure.  This trip credit will be solely for the amount originally paid for the cancelled tour and should the price of the tour increase during the interim, the affected passenger/s will pay the difference in the original and current trip/package. No partial credits are granted.

• This trip credit will be valid for 30 days or the next tour date scheduled by Travel Link Tours, which ever comes first.

• Once a credit has been applied to a future date, you may not purchase an additional cancellation waiver for that tour/trip.  

• The new reservation will be non-refundable, nor will a credit be reissued.

RESERVATIONS CANCELLED LESS THAN 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF DEPARTURE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE NOR WILL A CREDIT FOR FUTURE TRIP BE ISSUED.  

Please note:  Travel Link Tours LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or change any tour, itineraries, or pick-up locations without notice.  Should such an event occur, everyone with paid reservations for that tour/s will be notified by emails in an expediate manner as soon as the information becomes available. 

CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

• Any trips cancelled by Travel Link Tours LLC will result in a refund.

• Passengers must cancel 30 days prior to the date of departure in order to receive a full refund, unless a cancellation waiver was purchased.

• Passengers may substitute another passenger in their place and a name change fee of $10.00 per person will apply.

PAYMENT METHODS

MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Cards are accepted.  Checks are accepted.  If paying by check, TLT must receive check for full amount within 5 days of reservation.  No checks are accepted 2 weeks prior to trip.  There will be a fee of $25.00 for a returned check.

DISCLAIMER / RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT

Travel Link Tours LLC acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services which may or may not be connected with each tour/trip. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Travel Link Tours LLC and their respective employees, directors, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services.  Travel Link Tours LLC and their respective employees, directors, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability or responsibility for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to Force Majuere, sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, and/or acts of nature, local laws, work stoppage, government or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Travel Link Tours LLC is not responsible for any baggage, contents thereof and/or personal effects of any individual participating in the tours/trips arranged by Travel Link Tours LLC.  Individual travelers, if they desire, are solely responsible, at their own discretion and own expense to purchase travel insurance from an independant travel insurance provider that will cover the expenses associated with the loss of luggage, personal effects, medical expenses and any other aspect of traveling which would be covered under that insurance provider's policy.  Travel Link Tours LLC, their respective employees, directors, agents, representatives, and assigns accepts no liability or responsibililty for the issuance or claims pertaining to such travel insurance. It is understood and acknowledged that each passenger assumes all responsibility for travel insurance or lack thereof.
